Panel Discussion: Playing Games
10 June 2018
10 May 2018
Inspired by Ericka Beckman’s use of gaming structures – from videogames to pinball machines and Jai alai – and in the context of the ongoing 360: VR Room, this talk considers game play, (embodied) learning through gaming, and female protagonists in games. Chaired by writer and curator Rachel Falconer, speakers on the panel include David King (Course Leader for MA Games Design, London College of Communication) and Phoenix Perry (Lecturer in Physical Computing at Goldsmiths, University of London).
